Financial Information

  • $222 per student (non-refundable).
  • Covers curriculum use, record keeping, and student accident insurance.
  • A student’s place is reserved once the application and registration fee are submitted.
  • Online payments: Additional processing fees may apply.
  • A $50 deposit is required to be placed on the waiting list.
  • Lists are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Deposits are refunded if no space becomes available.
  • $60 testing fee for all new students (non-refundable).
  • Payment (cash or check) must be made before testing.
  • Fee includes nationally standardized achievement and ability testing.
  • After testing, parents will meet with the administrator to review results.
  • 50% tuition discount applies to the third child enrolled (K4 excluded).
  • If children are enrolled in both elementary and secondary grades, the oldest child is counted first, followed by younger siblings.
  • Tuition is billed in 10 or 12 monthly installments, due on the 1st of each month.
  • Late fees: $50 charge for payments received after the 10th of the month.
  • Returned checks: $50 fee.
  • Students may not attend classes if payment is not received by the last day of the month.
  • Parents anticipating financial difficulties should contact the school immediately.
  • Accounts must be current before enrollment is accepted for the following school year.
  • Tuition is prorated based on the number of school days remaining in the month of enrollment.
  • Future payments follow the regular tuition schedule, due on the 1st of each month, with the final payment due May 1st.
  • Students enrolling after July 1st follow the same prorated structure.
  • All applicable fees are required in full and are non-adjustable.
  • Before Aug. 31: Registration fee + 1 month’s tuition due.
  • After Aug. 31: Tuition is billed through the month following the date of written withdrawal notice.
  • This policy applies to all students who enroll, but never actually attend, withdraw, are expelled, or otherwise discontinue attendance during the school year.
  • Note: Teachers are hired based on projected enrollment. If you anticipate changes for the upcoming school year, please notify the office.
