Developing God-Given Gifts Through the Arts.

At Community Christian School, we are passionate about cultivating the artistic gifts of our students through a dynamic Fine Arts program that embraces both performing and visual arts.

We believe that creative expression is a powerful way to glorify God and serve others, and we are committed to providing students with meaningful opportunities to explore, grow, and shine in a Christ-centered environment.

Early Foundations

  • Starting in K4, students are introduced to Art, Music, and Drama, giving them the chance to explore their creativity and express their faith through the arts.
  • As students progress through the grade levels, they continue to grow artistically, spiritually, and personally under the guidance of skilled and passionate instructors.

Fine Arts Competitions

  • Grades 4–12 participate in our annual Fine Arts competition, showcasing talents in:
    • Dance & Cheer
    • Visual Art & Photography
    • Music & Theater
  • This experience encourages excellence, discipline, confidence, and community spirit.

One Act Play Program

CCS proudly competes in the TCAF/CSAF One Act Play competitions, where both:

  • Junior High (4–8) and
  • High School (9–12) students
develop skills in performance, teamwork, and stagecraft while engaging in uplifting, Christ-centered productions.

Specialized Courses & Yearbook

  • Secondary students can take specialized art courses to deepen their understanding of visual arts and creative techniques.
  • Our Yearbook Program offers hands-on experience in graphic design, business, and communication, equipping students with real-world skills for future academic and career success.

Our Goal

Through every aspect of the Fine Arts program, our mission is simple:
To help students discover, refine, and use their God-given talents to honor Him and positively impact the world.
